Pip Hare wins IRC Division, Round Britain and Ireland Double Handed Race

FLAG Antifouling continues to impress with outstanding
performance!
Many boats have been
hauled out for a scrub just prior to Burnham Week
with many of those
using FLAG Performance Extra Antifouling wondering
why they had
bothered. "You've certainly got it right this year"
declared Ray
Simmonds whose Sealine Motor Cruiser is being prepared
for support duties,
" there was no fouling at all!".
Similarly, Roger
Noble's 'Quencher'
has been consistently clean this year and Brian Youd's
'Shirias II' is much
cleaner than with last year's competitor's product as has
the Royal Corinthian
One Design fleet.

At the London Boat Show everyone could talk to the people who did the work,
look
around the boat and see how it was done and
many visitors bought a
raffle ticket to have a chance of winning the boat
for just £5. As well as
the boat and all necessary fittings the winner also got 2 sets of Gill
waterproofs,
2 Secumar lifejackets and Training. Remember it was all in a great cause,
raising
money to enable Burnham-on-Crouch to house its new Atlantic 85 lifeboat.

Anti Slip WATERBASED Floor Paint
In response to customer demand. FLAG offered a
brand new, industrial
strength, water-based paint. This product has
now be available to
retail customers for over 3 years now. This
floor paint is extremely
strong and is based on very tough acrylic
resins. Dolomite stone is
also incorporated throughout the paint to
provide anti-slip properties
without a rough finish that results in dirt
retention.
